ALLIMANT-LAUGNER - CREMANT ROSE
ALSACE, FRANCE
Another wine produced by our own Nicolas Laugner’s family. First off, Crémant is a sparkling wine produced in Alsace by Champenoise method, the only difference is that while champagne must be aged minimum of 18 months, this one is 11 months before release and is meant to be consumed while fresh and young. This wine is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes and when you open it, you will be greeted by fresh aromas of strawberries and wonderful minerality.
