Wine EnthusiastAll the parts are here to make a good Cabernet. Flavors of chocolate, blackberry jam, cassis and smoky oak are framed in rich tannins. But the wine needs a little time to knit together. Should be drinking well by spring 2014. It's a great value for the price, and easy to find with more than 15,000 cases produced.
