Bramare Valle de Uco Malbec 2012
Wine AdvocateThe 2012 Bramare Malbec (Valle de Uco) is sourced from vineyards in San Carlos and Tupungato in the Uco Valley. The grapes fermented in stainless-steel vats and aged in a combination of new and used, French and American oak for some 17 months. This is very dark-colored, almost opaque and the nose shows dark aromas, too, of graphite, peat, hints of smoke and ripe black cherries plus plenty of spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied with polished, glossy tannins and moderate acidity. 30,000 bottles.
